General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to the to the Managing Director.
- Oversees the marketing and sales functions, as well as the day-to-day business operation of Maxk Lighting that consist of outside sales and Maxk Retail store.
- Manage both the revenue and cost elements of the company’s profit & loss (P&L)
- Effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for the organization.
- Oversee the entire Maxk Lighting operation to ensure profitability. Strategically delegate staffs and or team to complete assignments and projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with HR in recruitment of staffs
- Work with HR and the CEO to create and Implement company staff members on policies and procedures such as schedules, safety, security, ethic, working regulation and so on.
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years of management experience, preferably with high-standard class/branded products
- Experience in home decoration material, lighting, TV and design – construction’s products is desirable.
- Excellent customer Care, sales and negotiation skills.
- Well organized with strong planning skills.
- Excellent presentation, good communication and networking skills
- Dynamic, flexible, enthusiastic and inspiring team player
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Outlook, Google and other search tools
- High proficiency in written and spoken Khmer and English

Shop/Retail Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store and oversees salespeople
- Prepare schedules and assign duties for current employees often works weekends and holidays and may personally handle customer complaints.
- Supervise daily showroom operations, develop sales volume and maintain an active client portfolio
- Introduce products to customers, would it be private residential owners, corporate clients or business owners
- Manage, motivate and train new employees to product knowledge and sales skills
- Supervise stock inventory, stock movement, ordering of materials, and items delivery to customers
- Manage sales records, invoices, summary reports, and follow up on AR to ensure timely cash collection. Analyze the sales figures and forecast future sales
- Propose and organize special promotions, displays, or events in order to increase sales volume
- Advise on marketing and communication materials to maintain high level of brand awareness (website, social medias, printing, collateral, press, public relationship, TV and other media)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Manager or Sales Director
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 03 years’ experience as a manager in a retail outlet, preferably a furniture or home decoration shop
- Dynamic, flexible and polite with good presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer management skills
- Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and email
- Good level of English both spoken and written

Marketing Manager (Cambodian)
Key responsibilities:
- Be in charge of implementing the new showroom and standardizing the marketing as well as communication materials for the four divisions under Maxk Group.
- Support in artwork production, monitor Facebook posts and online interactions including website & chat messenger
- Assist Graphic Designer in creating marketing materials for publication, conferring with each division products and line of business (regarding content, style, organization, and communication) – E.g. catalogue, brochure, etc.
- Copywriting – considering Maxk Group : Develop stories, content ideas – for both local & foreign audiences – feed online media (Website “News” & “Career” section, recruitment posts, FB Greetings, interview pitch, press articles, etc.)
- Acknowledge, collect and answer in an appropriate manner customer’s feedback, about Maxk Group showroom, goods & services; Monitor a customer’s satisfaction survey for each division, report at Group level.
- Study market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; competitor’s review; defining market positioning – including SWOT and PEST.
- Coordinate marketing activations & events for product launching, assist in showroom communication plan
- Assist in preparing monthly Maxk Group marketing agenda to actively promote brand awareness
- Participate to events, networking, should represent the Group and its brands anytime when in a professional context
Job Requirements:
- BA in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 03 year of relevant experience – in interior design and/or event organizing is an advantage
- Copywriting and writing skills will be a plus
- Familiar with copywriting, social media, online tools, advertising, sales revenue & sales reporting
- Good understanding of brand awareness and communications programs
- Ability to meet deadline and dealing with several divisions
- Excellent command of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Adobe Suite or InDesign is a clear advantage
- Native or fluent English with good communication skills

Architect Manager
Key responsibilities:
As an Architect Manager, you will be responsible for leading, checking and signing off all the drawings before sending them out to clients and will play a key role in project and team management.

- Lead a team of designers and architects to deliver drawings from start through handover of projects on site.
- Liaise with other professional such as building service engineers, contractors, construction managers, quantity surveyors and project managers.
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve problems that may arise during construction
- Lead, correct, and check detailed drawing before site work
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Monitor filing for all project files ; implement / improve standardization of drawings
- Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

- Job Requirements:

- BA/MA Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Construction.
- At least 04 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in Cambodia
- Male / Female ( Expatriate are encouraged to apply)
- Specialized with Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketch’ up, MS Project. Other software would be a
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (AI, Indd, Php) and with MS Office.
- Experience in coordinating with building and site workers
- Good team player: Highly organized, flexible, with initiative and hands-on mindset to resolve site problems
- Very good command of written and spoken English ; Cambodian Khmer would be a plus

Marketing Officer
Key responsibilities:
Be in charge and communication with Maxk Shop, Maxk Lighting, Maxk Dsign, and Maxk Laminate if needed.
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in day to day marketing activities.
- To assist Graphic Designer for all printing (ask quotation to suppliers, negotiate prices, check quality before and after).
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to growth sales and brand awareness.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Feed social media accounts, monitor online interactions (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, and website) and answer to the clients in the best time frame.
- Do a Facebook monthly report to the Top Management.
- Record all potential clients that contact us via our social network in the Google docs.

Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and respectful manner
- Informing customers about product availability and product prices
- Recommend products according to customers’ needs
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Prepare items for sales and delivery to customer
- Participate in cash count, sales records, invoices, summary reports. Collect bills and others payables and forward them to accounting department
